DIGILUNG is propelling COPD care into a new era by accelerating the commercialization of three pivotal pilots. Recognizing the complexity of COPD and its diverse patient population, DIGILUNG focuses not only on fixing existing issues but also on prevention. By harnessing the power of digital technology, the project aims to monitor and support two key groups: COPD patients undergoing early discharge from the hospital and those seeking preventive measures to manage their condition at home.

Pilot 1

moveUP - digital pathway

Focusing on the connection between patient and healthcare providers, moveUP offers a platform and application for monitoring, education, activation, advice, and coaching. The moveUP app assists in self-management, providing a personalized digital rehabilitation plan and enabling healthcare providers to support patients effectively. This leads to early detection of COPD exacerbations, reducing complications and improving patient satisfaction and quality of life.

Pilot 2

ATRIDE- lungshirt

Centers on the lungshirt, a wearable that measures lung functions and coaches the wearer. The lungshirt aids in disease management and enables effective healthcare delivery. It features sensors for optimal data collection and monitors movement, breathing, and coughing patterns. The lungshirt provides real-time feedback, enhancing patient understanding and management of their condition.

Pilot 3

Cognuse- interconnecting technological blocks

Empowers the previous pilots by connecting technological blocks across regions. This involves the integration of digital healthcare systems, with innovative companies like moveUP and Atride playing a crucial role. The unified API platform developed by Cognuse facilitates data exchange, enhancing product functionality and adaptability for different markets.
